  • 8 hours of sleep: Helps boost your immune system, manages weight, aids in a positive frame of mind, balances hormones and appetite.
  • Healthy diet: With a variety of veggies and fruit in your diet you can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease, strokes and inflammation in the body.
  • Drink water:  Getting your 2-3 litres a day can help in bowel regularity, prevent kidney stones, relieve headaches, improve mood, and increase physical performance.
  • Daily exercise: Strengthens your heart and improves your circulation. The increased blood flow raises oxygen levels in your body. This helps lower your risk of heart disease, bad cholesterol, coronary artery disease, and heart attack. Regular exercise can also lower your blood pressure and triglyceride levels.
  • Taking time out for yourself: Can lower your stress levels, make you more productive, and have more energy.
  • Managing stress: All of the above will help with managing stress levels and this will: aid weight loss, improve frame of mind, sleep quality, better decision making and can increase productivity. ​
